Incall means you visit us at our therapist's studio or private premises. Outcall means we come to you, whether that's your home, hotel, office, or any other private location. Both options offer the same quality of care, premium products, and professional equipment.

Our studio is located in Wimbledon, South West London (SW19). Sessions are by appointment only. The exact address and directions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

We cover central and Greater London for outcall appointments. Bookings further afield are possible and a small travel supplement may apply for locations outside our standard service zone. Please contact us for details.

You can book through our online booking form, WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone, or email. Simply share your preferred treatment, date, time, and location and we will confirm your appointment promptly.

For outcall sessions, therapists can typically arrive within 60 to 90 minutes, subject to availability. For same-day appointments we recommend booking as early as possible. Advance bookings are available for any date and time.

Most services are available in both settings. However, certain treatments including Deep Tissue, Cuddle Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Warm Candle Oil Massage, and Ear Candle Therapy are currently offered as incall only. Please refer to our pricing page for full details.

Cuddle Therapy is a professionally facilitated wellness service centred on safe, non-intimate human connection. It is designed to reduce stress, promote the release of oxytocin, and support emotional wellbeing. All sessions are conducted in a respectful, boundaried environment by trained cuddle therapists.

This is a confidential, supportive space for open dialogue and emotional reflection. It is not a clinical therapy or counselling service but rather a guided conversation designed to help you feel heard, gain clarity, and leave feeling more grounded. Sessions are available both incall and outcall.

Without exception. All our massage therapists hold accredited qualifications such as ITEC, VTCT, sports therapy, or clinical aromatherapy certifications and carry valid professional insurance. Our cuddle therapists are trained in professional boundaries and ethical practice.

Absolutely. If you have a preference, simply mention it when booking and we will accommodate your request whenever possible. You can learn more about each therapist on our dedicated therapists page.

Just a clean, private space of approximately 2 by 3 metres with reasonable temperature and lighting. Our therapists arrive fully equipped with a professional massage table, premium organic oils, fresh linens, and everything needed for a complete experience. We recommend having water available and wearing comfortable clothing.

All sessions include a pre-treatment consultation, premium organic oils and products, fresh linens, professional equipment, and complete setup and pack down. Outcall prices also include travel within central London. There is no additional charge for evenings or weekends.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or free rescheduling. Between 4 and 24 hours, a rescheduling option is available or a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Less than 4 hours' notice may incur a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged at the full session rate.

We accept bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and cash. Payment may be made at the time of booking or upon completion of the session, as agreed. Monthly invoicing is available for regular clients.

Yes, please share any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or sensitivities at the time of booking or before your session begins. This information is kept strictly confidential and helps us ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate. A brief consultation takes place at the start of every session.

Yes. CBD (cannabidiol) is a legal, non-psychoactive compound derived from the hemp plant. Our CBD-infused massage oils are sourced from reputable UK suppliers and contain no THC. The treatment is valued for its natural anti-inflammatory and calming properties.

While we do not currently offer a dedicated couples treatment, we can arrange simultaneous sessions with two therapists for clients who wish to share the experience. For group or corporate bookings, please contact us directly so we can tailor a suitable arrangement.
